Our goal is to help you, the homeowner, make money off of your properties without the stress of maintaining tenants.  We pay all the utilities and upkeep of the home. Whether you lease to us for 1 year or 10 years your property will be in show-ready condition throughout time.

We cover any minor wear and tear up to $400 per month without hassle to the homeowner.

We pay your rent just like any other tenant, however, we are never late, and your property is always "Move In Ready".
